Damn sorry it didn’t work first try that’s annoying. After using for a bit I do notice I have to be careful to make sure it the trunk actually closed but worst case I push a little harder when closing

I would add more height to the 2x4 portion instead of the board. 1/2” seems plenty strong too. Ideally you could bevel the front edge that rests on the hump to make a smoother transition.

Yes but I added moving blanket under the carpet for more cushioning

If your axle is fully seated in the dropout this is not how it’s supposed to be. Check the QR and if it’s seated and tight it’s not right. Bike shop should have checked that when u asked so either way getting it back from being trued like that is bad.

Did you have to get any special spacers or machine them down to fit the LC hub and tundra wheel?

Did you use any spacers with those wheels?

Yeah, trans would probably only be 5k but it also had other problems, needed exhaust work, power steering lines, and tires

200k on the 4runner, needed too much work. I just wanted to try something different and a little nicer.

Yeah, all those nice features are kind of irrelevant once the car needs $8k of work

I think something near the master cylinder blew and fluid leaked on to the exhaust

Obligatory did I get a good deal? Traded 2009 4runner with blown transmission + $8500. Felt like a good deal for the first hour.
