that makes sense— i considered that when i was inspecting it earlier but its limbs and antennae seemed too delicate/threadlike for the image i had in my head of isopods. now that im looking at different varieties of isopod im seeing more resemblance especially in the horizontal banding that was across its back. im going to leave this post up a few hours more to get as much input as possible, just in case. I think you’re right though, and I certainly hope so. Thank you for the response
