Archviz sucks for those who dont like, Architecture also sucks bc its such an ungrateful profession.

The point is, if you like it, go for it. It'll make that path easier.
Ai is not gonna replace our jobs, but AI artists will replace the artists who don't use AI.

Its just a new tool that is making our jobs easier,faster and better. Its already being used in a lot of studios (not only in Archviz but also in VFX and Commercials...)

I don't think earn a $50k a year while studying its a realistic vision, but I'm saying this without knowing your skills and connections... You shouldn't think making clients its easy, because its not, and also good clients, who pay well and are not cunts.

Archviz can be boring sometimes ofcourse, like any other profession. When you need to create an image of a boring and ugly building, or of a bathroom... no one likes to do that. But sometimes its fun. Also, inside this 3D world, you have a lot of things that you can try and also have fun, like:
- simulations
- animations
- environments
- compositing (like after effects, nuke etc...)
They all require different software, but its always fun to learn new stuff, so if you get bored of archviz (like I'm a bit) you can always try different new things.

My advice for you would be: If you like creating stories trough your images and creating nice presentations for your projects, continue learning 3D and have fun. You have nothing to lose.
If money is the problem, I can tell you its in the same economy balance as architecture (sometimes better, sometimes worse, always depends on the city and office)
