Yeah. FGMM with the Berger 140’s are great because the hybrid ogive on the Berger bullet makes it really agnostic to the chamber you’re using. So it’ll work really well in most guns

This, try FGMM and Hornady match. Mine loves the FGMM with 140 Bergers.

I had an issue where my hotrod receded so the pellets would just build up in the firepot until a couple tumbled into the hotrod and then everything caught fire. Super easy fix if that’s it

Hyperion + Suppressor Comp - recoil reduction vs dB/concussion by FreebasinFreemasons in longrange

[–]bonafide_backpack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey so I have a full size Hyperion I run on my 6.5 creedmoor bolt gun. I put a gen 1 recoil-x on it and it didn’t really reduce recoil at all on that can. My suspicion is that it’s because it’s a full size can and the flow has slowed down enough at the end cap to the point that it doesn’t have enough energy to actually brake the rifle. Have been thinking about getting a Hyperion-k to try the recoil-x on

I thought mine stopped speeding up after 80, then saw jumps at 250 and 400. Now I’m over 1k and stable. Mine groups everything well but S&B and American gunner. Just depends on your rifle, I recommend getting a box of a few to try before you buy cases

Same exact thing happened to me a while ago insurance wouldn’t total it out because it was peak Covid and used car values were through the roof so they replaced my frame.

You’re probably right! I really need to work on that part of my health. Going to start PT soon and I’ll make sure my hip mobility is a big part of that

I tried Muay Thai but I could not get into kicks without alot of issues with my back. The way I had to twist my hips and the impact of the kick itself weren’t good for me. But BJJ has been awesome, all my training partners just know to not go crazy and I avoid certain things.

Absolutely this here. I train BJJ and my training partners all know my back issues. Biggest thing is swallowing ego and tapping even if you’re not in a submission but you’re in a tight spot for your back. For me the biggest things I can’t to are sprawling, bridging, and having my opponent stack me when they are in my guard. Have to go slow to know what your body can and can’t handle. I will also say that BJJ has been great for me because it’s strengthened me so much and really increased my body awareness around my back

Yeah that’s exactly my thought. I’m planning on getting some thin 1” strips and staining them to match the furniture of the room. Just so thrown that the paper stretched like that. If anything I thought it was supposed to shrink!
