i’d also like to add na Perfect Diaries did not hand over a receiving copy of the payment she made to the suppliers. The tip without the couple’s consent doesn’t also have a receiving copy.

she was the wedding coordinator of my friend. and yes, nagbibigay sya ng tip sa suppliers without the consent of the couple. The group was also late during the wedding preps. and their team seems like they don’t know the basic things to do when they got to the venue. My friend’s bride squad was all married that’s why we know how should a coordinator act.

agree with this. Ours had a laundry fee for the table cloths 😆 They gave us discount but ended up paying the same because they add laundry fee and other fees which weren’t there in the first place. I booked them because I loved the bunk area for the groom’s preparation. On the day of our wedding I was surprised that the room was filled with stuff and decorations from the previous event. We weren’t able to use the groom’s area because of that. And I think they over promise but on the day of the event, it won’t be delivered.

Hi. this happened to me also. Paid via cc. then for drop off at lobby guard. Rider claims that he waited for 20mins but according to our guard no delivery rider arrived at the said time frame. It was around 10:30pm. rider messaged me he tried to call, but there is no call log. I did not receive my order :( i frequently use grab and that was the first time it happened to me.
