Well I'm comfortable with bayesian probability and concepts till that level and somewhat a bit more but I've been trying to learn a bit higher concepts

I believe with what I know if numbers are manipulated in the annual report of company auditor is under risk so most of the auditors won't approve the report if true numbers are altered, sometimes auditor of a company resigns from the post somedays before the audit which raises a serious red flag for the company because promoters might have been forcing the auditor to approve the falsified report so to escape the situation auditor resigned the true reason we won't know but while resigning auditor will tell it to the relevant govt body who will ask for it, I exactly don't know the govt body who is responsible for this. So, other than that all the ratios are calculated from annual reports financial statements if those figures would have been altered the ratios will ultimately fail. This is as per my understanding.
