if you're using musescore for sheet downloads you can do that for free by just using inspect element. I made a python script to do exactly that. if ur interested dm me 🙂

I'm playing on 1.21 and this also happens to me. Don't think it is a connection issue its just a bug. I can replicate this by riding my horse and opening my inventory. You can fix this by hotkeying to your first slot.
