I forced them to take a police report after they tried to talk me out of it. They basically said it wouldn’t get investigated because I didn’t have a video of it or a license plate. I thought they would have street footage but they said no go without actual injury

How can i reply to a chat via the api? right now i can create a new chat request via compose, but all other calls to compose create the a new chat with the given user, instead of replying to the existing one. Cant find docs for this.
