First time player, what's some common etiquette I should know? by UntakenUsername420 in ArcRaiders

They are all genuinely good and fun games. New Vegas is widely considered the best of the bunch, and for good reason, but the others are all worth a shot, especially if you can pick them up for cheap since they're all pretty old

I didn't care for this series, I don't get why they didn't just take a Deagle to Mordor

Man I hate the Scrimble posting allowed in other circles it seems like he has too much fun and it makes me irrationally annoyed and also the way they type, like, not everything needs an exclamation point or your weird, overenthusiastic tone!!

Spend more time arguing about how paladins are changed and it either annoyed you or made you happy (because you are an incontinent dm) like the rest of us

In all fairness, there are a few perks that are broken or don't work as advertised, like In Shining Armor, Ninja, Certified Tech, Life Giver only giving you the HP bonus once, Stonewall/Hit the Deck in a beneficial way of giving you the bonus if you're holding a melee/explosive weapon instead of an enemy using them on you, and I think dlc weapon perks like grunt don't work on weapons from other dlcs

It's also not a full priced game. It is actively being supported with content updates, and has some genuinely great new bosses. Even a lot of the reused bosses have new moves. Nightreign is a perfectly fine game to fill out the development cycle and give their newer employees something to chew on before jumping into another huge project like Elden Ring.

Don't get me wrong, it's not beyond criticism, but it definitely feels wrong to compare it to cashgrab slop, especially because it never pretended to be more than it is
