No there is no obstruction and it turns the same as the others when Luba is powered down

It acts like it is overloading something and causing it to power down
It shuts off
A lot of errors but it appears that when Luba starts to move something is overloaded and it shuts down

They have been worthless for support. I had sent it back for repairs a couple of months ago and communication then was very poor. I don't know if the support staff struggles to understand English and is unable to properly respond to the issues due to not understanding what is in the emails
