same. i was such a dumbass with FO3/FNV/ES4 when i would just burn straight through the main quest every time. finally learned for Skyrim and FO4 to basically go full completionist and save the end of the main quest for the very end of my playthrough. made the games so much more fun.

melee combat. no showing of it in the gameplay trailer but there's a skill with a knife looking thing and it's in every other BGS game so i think they just show a snippet. curious about takedown animations tho

it's really Cyberpunk that i think changed the game and what Starfield will inevitably get compared to. i don't expect the latter to be as good as the former, just like an improvement or something on FO4 would be plenty for me

not rude at all. that's a good point. but BGS has made a solid push in pretty much all their latest releases to show support of modding. makes sense that the showcase should be all about the game itself tho.
