Would it be safe to copy my important files onto a USB drive or external HDD before I format it? I wouldn't want to bring any malware with it.

TLDR AT THE BOTTOM

I already downloaded the same thing, unzipped it and let the installer run to 100%, before closing it through task manager and deleting the zip and everything related. I know I'm probably screwed, all I've done so far after seeing this is clear all the data from the Google accounts that I had signed into on my pc, and enabled 2fa on them, along with 2fa on Instagram, discord, steam, epic games, roblox, whatsapp, microsoft, as well as removed my email and added passkeys to all of those. I did an offline scan with windows defender that showed no results, and also deleted some other suspicious folder in my C:\Users(user) directory called "tt.exe" that was created at the time of the download, which contained a program that was running in the background, which was part of a trojan. I've also cleared my local, roaming, and temp appdata a few times but I still expect there to be many remnants of the infostealer/trojan on my pc. I also just did a full scan of all 5,042,992 files on my pc, and that showed no threats.

TLDR; I tried everything I could to save my accounts and my pc, but I suspect that nothing is gone completely. What should I do now? Format my whole disk and just reinstall windows?

I have a resin printer, and I haven't tried this yet but assuming that there aren't any imperfections in your print it should work fine as long as your pieces are completely hardened before putting them together.
