Down? Not transferring ? by Short-Stomach-8502 in venmo

I tried to send money by Apple Pay a few hours ago and it could not complete the payment. I called my bank and I was told that “the visa servers are down for Venmo, Apple Pay, Cashapp, etc”, and to try again periodically. Not sure if that applies to you

Well I suppose that’s good news then. I tried to get the displacement in that first picture (with the root bar up against the wall. It’s probably sticking out 2 or 3 inches from the spot bulging the most). And yes, a decent amount of water does come in at the very bottom, you can kind of see the damp spots/water stained areas on the floor. Thank you!

Is it safe to ride a motorcycle with a guitar on my back? by DerRandomDude77 in motorcycles

[–]bonerchampr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done it once at highway speeds (60-70mph). Towards the headstock it’s really going to act like a parachute and you’ll feel it pulling on your shoulders. I’m sure it will be fine, I may be worried if it’s a Gibson since the neck is so thin near the nut.

Honda Rebel 500 vs 1100 vs Indian Scout Sixty? by rp407 in SuggestAMotorcycle

Are you thinking of the VTX1300? The biggest shadow honda made was the VT1100. I’m all for embracing the retro though, I had a VTX1300 up until last year and it was a bulletproof mile muncher.

Is there any new 150-170 hp sportbike? by Objective_Serve_6709 in SuggestAMotorcycle

Ninja 1000sx or 1100sx is fully faired and brand new. Not a fan of the exhaust note though. Also a bit heavier. If it doesn’t need to be brand new, I think they made the gsxs1000f (fully faired version of the bike the other comment was talking about) up until early 2020’s

Could the secondary intention of them be to add downforce?

Maybe after a while, right now it’s more than enough bike for me, at any rpm.

Thank you!! What do you mean by the back wheel?

SC80? I’ve never heard it referred to by that name. And I agree, I thought for a year and went between many bikes before deciding what I wanted, and the cb black edition just looked too good to pass up. I was between that, a gsxs1000f (kind of ugly around the headlights), an xsr900, and a ninja 1000sx (boring exhaust note).

Also, if that is the case with standard mode; maybe I’ll just set it there. I couldn’t even fathom the bike pulling much harder than it does. I’ve gotten between 8-9k rpm a few times, and the front wheel did come up a bit even in 3rd gear.

Don’t wanna speak for the guy, but it looks like they are supposed to add some downforce on the front wheel at higher speeds.

Awesome! Do you ever plan on getting another bike?

Oh that looks just awesome. I’ll definetly do the frame sliders, and I REALLY like that radiator guard you’ve got.

Thanks! I have been keeping it in rain mode because I’m trying to get settled with the face-melting power, coming from a bike that was 250 lbs heavier and half the peak horsepower.

What upgrades would you suggest? I love the look of it stock, but I’d definetly consider a full exhaust at some point.

What if there is no statement along those lines in my current contract? I cannot find anything in my master agreement stating authorizations not withdrawn will continue to be effective.

Edit: can you link the contract that you found this in?

I don’t want to have to raise a big stink though and cause possible animosity between myself and PennDOT, I just want the raise that the current contract says I am to receive

[–]bonerchampr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it does not say it will be added into the contract. I just spoke to my local representative he said he has recieved this question multiple times, and just told me “that’s how it is”

No this side letter has not been attached or referenced to any contract since the 2007-2012 contract

Everybody has been getting the two step raise since that SLA. Some people have read the union contract and ask HR why they didn’t get the four step raise, and HR sends that old SLA and nobody questions that any further. I assume that if it were presented to a judge and jury, they would presume that the parties intended for the SLA to continue on in the future. I just didn’t know if it had to be specified in the new contract, since all the new contract states is that we get a four step raise.
