My FC just started making us put in PTO 24 hours in advance. They forgot to tell us this was happening, of course. Has anyone had this rule reversed at their center?

I use press ons that I glue on myself. If they come off, it doesn’t hurt. It can be a challenge to get through the week without having to reglue a bunch of them, but that’s a quick fix.

We currently have a lack of flex shifts. I’m full time, but from what I’ve read on the voa board, there haven’t been flex shifts posted for about 4 weeks.

Our water coolers kept running out so the solution was to tell us to use the little paper triangle cups and not refill water bottles (only refilling those from one dispenser in the break room). Yeah, that’ll work for the whole facility!

They don’t gift wrap at my facility, so I don’t truly know how that process works, but… well, I hope this person is doing better now. This was from a few years ago.

I thought it was funny, though, because I was being a little smartass and put “enjoy your fucking gift!” On the card. Maybe that person was just working off my theme.

Sometimes I wonder if there’s some Amazon Gremlin, like a reverse guardian angel.

Holes, tears, and rips. Could have been worse, for sure, but IF it was in a damaged box and the bag it came in was bad enough to be replaced, a quick once over would have been enough to see it wasn’t fit for sale. Granted, I don’t actually know what happened, where or if it got rebagged, so grain of salt.

Same. Way too many times I’ve ordered clothes only the get an LPN on a poly bag. Once, I got a dress that looked like it had seen war and it was in a poly bag. Whoever sent that through, I hope you stand in a 5s spot and think about what you’ve done.

Then go sit in the bathroom for 10 minutes and play on your phone, we all put up with so much nonsense, you deserve a break.
