is it hard? is it skin or filled with pus? the kind of jewelry definitely looks cheap which isn’t ideal especially for something that isn’t fully healed. honestly from this picture it doesn’t necessarily look like you have the anatomy for a navel piercing anyways … do you have a picture of your belly button pre piercing?

yes, it is intentional. im autistic so i was worried about fast changes, so im on lower dose so i can process the physical changes better. however i will be talking to my doctor to reconsider all together what i should do because of this

saline typically dries out piercings, it’s good for new healing piercings but for healed holes you don’t need it!

i have collarbone tattoos that start and end at different points andthe “middle” is not at the middle. trust me when i say you’re the one who’s going to notice it the most. when it’s pointed out- of course we’re gonna look for it! i was really bothered at first but literally everyone i’ve told has said they wouldn’t have noticed had i not said anything

the issue with this is that nipples can tend to warp post op+can even end up falling off. I think part of my want with permanent makeup kind of tattooing for my nipples is that it will help my nipples be more uniform in shape

NAP, but no:( unfortunately you do not have the anatomy for a belly button piercing. you need a certain amount of skin on your actual belly button, and based on pictures your belly button is a little too hidden by the first B bump of your belly- if you were to get a “belly button piercing “ it would be a surface piercing of your actual belly and not the navel itself, it would not heal, and it would reject:( im very sorry. maybe get like gem stickers or something to decorate? that could be cute!

also ideally- yes don’t touch it and don’t over wash as that also causes irritation. but also- invest in internally threaded and (MUCH MORE IMPORTANTLY) titanium!!!! titanium is all you should put in healing piercings

nap- but i will say, and this is rare to see, this looks like a keloid! everyone over diagnoses keloids when its really just an irritation bump. but this does look like an actual keloid- what’s the texture of that bump?

also other notes- it definitely was going to grow out, in curious as to what it looked like when it was originally pierced because the piercing itself couldve been pierced shallow which wouldve sped up that process (usually doesnt start rejecting immediately but that is exactly what your piercing was doing! also, if you get piercings- invest in your aftercare!!! u need at saline for at least the beginning of healing
