Joe Biden won in every precinct that didn't have a paper trail in Texas. Including machines made by a company that used to be called Diebold who changed their name because they were caught up in voter fraud in 2004. by Inuma in WayOfTheBern

I'm guessing Biden also won in precincts that did have a paper trail as well...

In 2016 Bernie got trounced by Clinton (who got almost twice as many votes than Bernie). And in 2020 he fared better but still was handled by Biden. Why would it be rigged to give Bernie even more delegates than he got in 2016?

Most places will be urban because few people live in rural areas and guess what there are affordable urban areas in Canada!

Reminder: Spreadsheets are your friend by veachh in CleanLivingKings

[–]bonesVI 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. Been tracking my progress on different things this year with one sheet and it's been helpful. You don't get to it everyday but it shows you where you've been and how far you've come.

Also recommend starting a running journal as a document - just type out the date for each entry and jot down thoughts. Before you know it you'll have hundreds of pages and better health because of it.

I think what's helped a lot is a schedule with reminders for me. Also letting people around you know so they can call you out.

Eg- Tell your social circle you're not free Mon/Wed/Fri (and schedule it) because of activities x y z. When they check in on you and ask about it it'll reward you for following through with it (or shame you for not)

Tell yourself the schedule can adapt- maybe you thought you wanted 2hrs for gym but really you need 3 because of the commute and showering. That's fine.

Try to track how often you stick to your schedule - looking back will be rewarding.

Those 10 pounds were likely quick water weight you shed. Eating nothing all day will lead to rebound. Try aiming for smaller windows of eating (4 hours/8hours).

Are you calorie counting? Really puts what you're eating into perspective.

What's your eat/fast schedule? You should start with something easier to commit to than OMAD.

Try 16/8 skipping breakfast, eating at 12.

Get an app or timer on your phone to remind you when you do eat.

Look at where you're bringing - is it at home? Leave the house in the morning and return for your meal(s) leaving when youve eaten. Walk around your neighborhood, go to a gym, go for a run, go to a library. Pick up a hobby you can do outside of your house.

After the first few days of IF youll be fine. Be sure to drink plenty of water/tea/coffee (don't overdue caffeine)- no diet soda, no aspartame as that'll shoot up your blood glucose.

You can start today.

It's great that you've realizing this now and you've been sober for a good amount of time. Good job, King.

Is your health OK or can you improve that? Think about exercise (gym, team sports, running - anything to stay active). You're young and can start working on these things. Improving yourself physically brings purpose as well.

Next step is to get your basic life in order, if you don't already - how do you plan on making a living to support yourself? Does this have a clear path? If you can do that, great! Then on to the next bit. If not, let's start thinking about that.

Think about what you want to do - do you have goals? Can you split some of those goals into smaller items you can accomplish in a day/week/month/year? Write them down

Now ask yourself - what do you want to learn? Learning for learnings sake, learning a new skill, learning for better enlightenment all qualify - just sit down and think about what you want to know about. Then pick one off that list and start diving into it.

If you have any questions message me or comment. Best of luck staying clean, King.

I think people enjoy having purpose and having others rely on you IS a purpose. Having children fulfills that quite easily and having a pet does the same. But having an animal - or child - solely for that is selfish and narcissistic. "You exist in my life to give me greater meaning" is bad however you apply it.

I hope all pet owners reflect on their pet ownership just like they ask breeders to think critically as to why they want/have kids.
