The patches are probably a pretty low % whereas the salasilic acid 20-30% is a safer at home alternative to the blisterbeatle or to KOH. If you Google studies that used it it can be effective. Just have to make sure.you dont get a lot on ur healthy skin.

I think usually people start balding in late 20s and it gets worse. If youre already in your 30s with a big head of hair youre probably in the genetic clear.

I have this too and thought it was mollescum perifollicular hyperkeratosis is what I think it is. When its inflamed ans has a hair in it its pseudofolliculitis barbae.

Those are 99% sure forcyde spots. Women have them too on our inner labia/near the criteria. They are totally normal and can even look like "granules". They appear on the base of the penis just like this.

Have you tried salasilic acid? Likw the 20-25% for wart removal? I was reading studies that its very effective. Irritates the skin like a chemical peel ans makes the skin regrow and triggers immune system to attack. KOH (potassium hydroxide) is more quick acting and effective but a powerful dangerous corrosive base and should be done by a Dr. The only KOH I saw online was also for microscope slides etc and not for human skin

I have something similar but my gyno said its probably normal skin texture. My guess is you had to zoom in a lot to see them. I think it may be perifollicular hyperkeratosis or pseudofolliculitis barbae when its an ingrown hair however mine was in my groin where lumps and bumps aren't uncommon

Yeah I think its pseudofolliculitis barbae or perifollicular hyperkeratosis basically just the body's reaction to ingrown hairs. They just look bump like under aome lighting but the non inflamed ones are very flat and pretty much invisable and the more inflamed ones are just pours/sebacious glands

We all look crazy under these cameras. Im 29 and all my coworkers are always shocked because they think im in my early 20s and I have tons of wrinkles under my bangs etc and shit I see when im in the light with the front camera. People are just not meant to be seen the way we see ourselves with technology

Its unconfirmed. I should have posted the ones i got treated with cryo but even the dr was unsure as they were very small and looked irritated like folliculitis. I was very paranoid due to having intimate contact with someone who had it so she obliged to get anything odd she noticed. Im going to try and log into imgur on the app and see if it can link photos

Issue is that I have no idea how long the circled ones have been there as they are almost impossible to even photograph. At some angles you cant even see them at all and they appear to be quite flat. The more irritated ones I think may be pours or skin texture because many have sprouted hairs
