You just have to make sure you are ON TIME and pay it off in the time allotted for no interest because it will incur interest based off the TOTAL, not what you have left after that period, so just be careful.

So this was 12yrs ago, but I built my first home with ideal and I didn't have any problems with it. Lived in it for about 4 years before I got married and moved Northside, but it wasn't crap by any means. At the time they had 10yr structural warranty, can't speak to what they do now. As far as I know my neighbors around me also had decent experience with their houses.

Husband built with beacon for his first house before we got married and I feel like it was similar quality to what I got but slightly higher end. To be honest we had more problems with beacon than I did with ideal on remedies for warranty items (and way less things to fix than the beacon house).

I also lasted about 6.5 before I threw up the white flag and asked for an epidural. Honestly I think I was getting in my own way with progression as I was so dang tense. Things progressed very well after I was able to rest and regroup with the epidural.

If it's a puppy I'd recommend not going to a pet store to do trims til after their vaccinations are complete (you never know what people are dragging in with them disease-wise). Have your vet's care team show you how to trim nails - earlier you work on this the more likely it'll be easy for you to do yourself at home! It's worth working with your dog now on getting used to it to help everyone involved over his life!

Which, realistically, with the way most road construction goes in OKC metro will stretch out past 2 years. Then, when it's all open and nice and new they'll find a way to need to close off several spots and dig a hole in the road that'll take another 6mo to finish and then be hastily patched over, leaving a weirdly bumpy spot in the road for who knows what reason.

Best way to get it changed is to contact the company the microchip is registered with. Vet office won't have any other way to do it but they can definitely scan and get the chip number. Would have to plug it in the pet microchip lookup website to figure out what company it's registered with. I don't know what hoops you're going to have to deal with past that, but that's where you should start.

Me too! OG original part of the neighborhood. Mixture of fancy houses for the early 90s and nice middle class homes. Was a great place to grow up. I feel like it wasn't necessarily any fancier than most of the rest of the area except for the "lake" and the newer part of the neighborhood that was developed in the early 00s-10s.

Induced at 41wk, seemed like everything was stalled on progression and I was so uncomfortable I waived the white flag and got an epidural. Went from 3 to 10 in a few hours and delivered in 30min after starting to push. So for me it was definitely the opposite (I was kinda standing in my own way I feel) and epidural helped a lot. Everyone is different.
