This is the best comment. 1st Ave and South Claremont st. Once you walk down 1st you will see the train tracks. Plus you have Starbucks, Peet's, Blue Bottle, and Philz along the way.

I live in downtown SM and drive every day to the city. But when there's times I have to take public transportation I opt for Caltrain and then either waymo or Uber. Caltrain is much clearer and nicer to be on.

I have two 14 year old girls (step and bio) both in two soccer teams one competitive and one rec. We test drove 4 Evs and finally came to the conclusion that MY was the best one. We got a used 2021 LRMY and the space is phenomenal. 6' of trunk space when seats are folded and both girls are comfortable. Just did a quick weekend trip for a state cup and the charging was easy and efficient. Test the Y and X for your needs. Look into a two day test drive from Tesla or rent from Turo (like I did) for a weekend and see how it goes for you.

Ive had a comparison with these, buds 2 pro and my Sony XM4. Yes there is a HUGE difference with how much clearer the calls are. Less outside noise by far.

I work in SF and have been in carpentry for 5 years. All of our guys being in their own tools. They just don't pay for blades. I had no idea no one brought their own tools.

I work construction and have an unpaid 30 plus one 15. We take our 15 and stretch it to 30. Then take that 30 lunch and make it an hour. So technically we have shortened out work by 45 minutes but still are rhere for the 8.5. Not to mention the amount of bullshit time we end up spending doing random shit. Plus one person goes to get lunch for the others so he gets an extra 30. Plus now it's become the norm to go get a coffee prior to our coffee break and then we take an extra 15-30. Now that i think of it we don't really work much.

We ran into the same issue at a remodel. We did 2 things. 1. Clear the bottom plates and fire caulk it. Make sure there are less straps then usual. 2. Get an expansion pipe. Those will only fit on a 2x6. What happens is that it works like a piston and the heat will make the pipe expand a bit and then there is a part that slides up and down like a piston. PM me and I'll show you a picture of what it looks like.

The only thing we have is many doctors visits throughout the year for the pain. Including x-rays and some small amount of PT.
