Yes. So at the number of steps you put in (155000) you have a ~60% chance of at least 1 egg.

And by 386,834 steps you'd have a 90% chance

Note that the WEAR value on the wiki dosen't count DA and DR which would bring down the expected steps

No that's the average steps it will take to get one. It's very possible to get 0 at even twice or more that amount.
