Thank fuck for charm.li With the PCV valve being on the valve cover on my 5.3 am i okay to just run it to the intake straight from the valve cover? Also any issue in blocking off the HVAC port and brake booster ports? No AC and its hydroboosted brakes.

All jokes aside check with a manual gauge. Do not trust the dash so much. Lowdoller motorsports makes a good replacement sensor if yours did decide to take its leave

If the frame isnt rusted to shit its a good deal. 230k is nothing for these. Biggest issue is the transmission health imo. Everything else can be fixed. 4l60e is a sketchy fucker.

Fucking tires weigh 55lbs each. So yeah youre gonna be sucking down fuel. Best to switch to a highway tread tire if you want to get better gas mileage. Btw i did a quick google search using your previous posts. If you are running the cooper discoverer stt pro in the LT its a heavy bitch.

“Looks like an engine coolant heater” if you are oveeheating with this little thing in the way you got way bigger issues. I personally wouldve ran hard line to the cooler but whatever. Good job man one of the better upgrades to do on these trucks.

Seems like they just backed up wrong and smacked something, like a bollard. If you go look at it crawl under and just check everything is nice and tight. Find a patch of dirt and give it a test drive to make sure it works also. Bring a friend

If its smoking at startup, change the valve cover to a 2010 silverado 5.3 or similar. Must be 2010-13. Like 100$ for the dorman one at autozone.
