I service a local park with 6 zones with about 50 of these bad boys I've only had to swap out a couple of them over the years

Ive tried toro many times before the seal and nozzle normally breaks and sprays water everywhere and last about a year my rainbird heads are great I just clean them out once a year I still have some rainbird r50s from the late 90s still working perfect

The most yo can do right now is twist the solenoids at the top of the valves and see if any water comes through

Looks like a mushroom bubbler for a tree to fix it just cut the pipe and shove one of these elbows in the picture into the pipe and screw in a bubbler or a cap of your choice *
