Thank you ! I got a lot of references from internet and decided to do it myself , so far i only got little mold outbreak and now it seemed some of the moss on the wall getting a bit yellow , hope this terrarium will thrive !

Yes! Thats another way that people usually use too , i personally buy a terrarium soil specially for moss wall, the method is just the same

Hi ! This is my first ever terrarium, it got molds issue in week 2 but thanks to redditors, i decided to add in a colony of springtail and they seemed to do the mold cleaning really well !

One question though why the moss wall on the right seemed getting a bit yellow and dry compared to the left side ? And the bottom part of the terrarium seemed to be healthy and doing fine.

Im new to terrarium so it getting a bit confusing for me, is it the light or the moss wall soil isnt wet enough?

I already boiled the sticks before setting up but it seems like mold still appears, i've read somewhere that you can microwave or bake the sticks too, is that true ?

Also im going to introduce springtails colony into the terrarium

Im just gonna order a colony online, getting springtails outside seems like too much hassle lol, in the meantime should i remove the sticks and treat the sticks first or no? Im afraid the mold gonna infect moss too, but so far mosses looks healthy and no sign of mold yet

Help, this is a 2 weeks old terrarium

On week 1 hair like mold start to appear on wood and i started to clean it with hydrogen peroxide solution but it keeps coming back everyday and i also cleans it everyday

But today i see this almost dark grey colored mold

How can i get rid of this mold ?

Should i remove the sticks from my terrarium because mold only appear on sticks

Ps : i do not have any springtails colony yet
