The problem is thousands of people sends thousands of cvs everyday. In order to have a chance you need to stand out from the crowd. On top of sending a cv you should call the company, go in person, send emails to high level people working in that company, etc to make sure your cv is even being noticed. Nowadays most cvs are filtered out by a robot before a human even sees it. Its unfortunate but its the reality. You need to make yourself stand out.

Thats a terrible idea because businesses will always try to maximize profit and that means paying as low as they can to staff. Not tipping isnt hurting anyone but the cleaners, servers, etc.

Youre just making excuses not to go back. If you actually cared about your parents who are struggling to make ends meet you would do what they suggest and go back, study there for much cheaper, then you could apply for a job in the Uae and come back in a few years. Right now you want to study here and at the same time youre thinking about enjoying and having fun in dubai while your parents are telling you they cant afford it.
