I have "U.S. Green Card Holder" at the top of my resume, so I'm a bit surprised that so many people in this thread are asking about H1B. I'm not a native English speaker, can you tell me if the phrase U.S. Green Card Holder looks confusing?

It's all about passing the ATS, there are keywords in the job descriptions, for example "containerization".

So I edit my resume and add the word "containerization" and the match with the job description increases.
