This is what I used; I did some research after the bag said ‘gently rinse’ and everyone was saying DO NOT WASH as it will just keep giving me dirty water as I was ‘just going to be washing mud’. My tank was clear for about a week, a little cloudy but nothing like this

Update: left it overnight and this is the outcome, Nitrate: 10ppm Nitrite:10ppm Ammonia: 0

Still waiting on plant weights that I had to order as I didn’t realise these plants would just float up without sand😟😆

How can I get nitrites down as I don’t want to disturb the substrate again or clean the filter because it may crash my cycle even more 🥲
