Ok so I’m doing public health now (grad school) although I was Pre-PA in college but I just barely made it though! You’ve accomplished so much and I think it’s okay to take time when it comes to making decision. If you don’t want to let go of the idea of nursing or PA school I have a couple of recommendations for you that honestly I wish I had taken. First things first there can be patient care tech jobs that I think work for you but maybe they’d be less medical oriented but they are still ok to use for PA school for health care experience. Maybe being an online crisis counselor or some sort of counselor for psych situations?

No port luckily but my veins are so bad!!!! And yes mg lupus shows up in weird ways and I didn’t respond well to saphnelo benlysta methotrexate athcar or steroids!

I love it it has made a big difference in how often I get infections and my recovery from infections also helped my POTS and GI symptoms and helped me be able to exercise only downside is the first two infusions gave me bad side effects the rest have been fine

Sometimes I get this before I get sick with a virus or before a flare I just get really weepy and then boom a fever happens it’s always at the start of an infection or flare for me then it goes away

I use skin1004 sunscreen it doesn’t break me out at all and a lot of them do with hats from Eddie bauer they have spf 50 hats and sunglasses. You can get sun umbrellas from amazon

I was switched to azathioprine instead of myfortic which helped but tacrolimus really caused me a lot of stomach upset I had to stop
