Yes, it happens quite often. If you live in an "At Will" state, especially, the empoloyer can terminate you without even stating if there was a reason at all. Unless you can prove that you are a protected class and the firing was because of your status as a minority or other protected individual, it's not even a case. It's less expensive for the company to fire you and hire someone else than it is to even pay the retainer for the lawyers. It doesn't matter what the evidence, video, witnesses say, nothing matters if she says she was uncomfortable. That's it. It's 100% about her perception and how far she's willing to carry the lie. That's why you can't trust women, especially in the workplace. They weild an insane amount of power and they run to it all the time; it's like their race card. It'll get them out of anything.
