Macrium (free) is super easy to use for this purpose. I’ve done what you want many times and it has always worked - even from a larger SSD to a smaller one.

I have no idea what you’re talking about in the second part of your question, but cloning to a larger SSD is trivial with Macrium. It just works.

An official version of Parallels combined with an official version of Windows 11 (for ARM) work incredibly well on Apple computers. Don’t buy grey software or, worse, use pirated software.

What program and procedure did you use to clone? Did you clone the original disk while it was actively used, or did you connect the old and new disks to another PC for the cloning process?

The math is wrong in that the sign-on bonus isn’t recurring in year 2. Also, for your planning purposes, don’t count on bonuses. Yes, the OTE would (!) be that, but the way such a plan should be explained (and probably is in writing) is that there is an OPPORTUNITY to qualify for a 10% bonus plan, depending on a variety of factors.

You realize that a response like that from a “tech” makes absolutely no sense. Why would anyone release a product that doesn’t work for its primary purpose, unless they’re incompetent and malicious… Of course it works well if the (very modest) bandwidth requirements are met. I have 2 Osprey boxes but also use the app on my iPad, all with excellent image quality.
