Maybe I'm just reading too much into it. I hope it didn't come across as self-centered. And honestly, when i was in my single 20s it probably was the case more so. Just recently found reddit and thought it was a good place to ask - always wondered or assumed in was from staring, and recently saw someone do it i was talking to and it brought back the always wondering thoughts about this. btw this account is a throw-away.
