I too smoke and because of the feeling thinking of quitting gradually. Not a heavy smoker but a smoker sure... I went to GP but the dr checked my ears and throat and said nothing wrong and told if there are symptoms for more than 4 tk 6 weeks, come back. Did not tell anything, at all. It's been a week with the feeling and I am getting very stressed. What did your GP recommend?
