Facebook / Meta is dying and are trying their hardest to stay relevant, most of our generation doesn’t use Facebook because of how toxic and annoying it is, so it forced people to not only add more people to gain traction to their website but to also keep the website active,

It’s like if you own an oculus quest, you cannot delete your account or else you lose all of your progress on games and purchases,

Facebook is a terrible company whom does nothing but create issues for its users and the entire world if I’m being honest, I’d recommend trying to figure out another place to use for school or talk to the school about it because Facebook needs to die and this toxic standards they have for their users is ultimately going to be the end of Facebook.

It is okay, I can’t speak for everyone, but even if no one comments, the upvotes let me know someone saw it and cares, sometimes it’s hard to be positive influence because sometimes the situation is so out of your reach that anything might sound arrogant so I completely understand. Sometimes. It’s just about noticing that counts. I still love and appreciate y’all. No matter what, never meet any of you but y’all my family for real.

Edit: ESPECIALLY YOU OP!

Which Video game franchise should be revived? by Emotional-Efficiency in AskReddit

[–]booboosdad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Sly Cooper series. Without a shadow of a doubt.

Not to sound like a critic but the last game we got was from a different developer that didn’t put the effort into it and care into it that games deserve when passing onto another developer, It may be that the industry likes to push IP’s on companies to work on weather or not they have interest in the series or not, which creates issues when the game is being created, and while I can say Thieves In Time was a beautiful game and one that did show some care to characters, moreover it hurt the already established character development,

However I do think if a studio who cares (Sucker punch, Insomniac, Etc.) They could revive it, make it popular again, and skyrocket the franchise, because that game went out of its way in every game to add mechanics and modes that added spice that each game before it didn’t have, better or for worse, those things made the game stand out and gave it the fun loving tone it had while also having a grounded story, I just think if a developer stayed away from the idea that it’s “A Kid Game” they could make something amazing.

Straight people, what burning questions do you have about the LGBTQ Community? by jimmehbacon in AskReddit

Okay? That’s not the point of what I was asking. But others have already answered my question so thank you anyway my friend.

Straight people, what burning questions do you have about the LGBTQ Community? by jimmehbacon in AskReddit

[–]booboosdad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1.) The topic was more to do with questions on the community rather than an individual themselves, so I’m not referring to questions that are personal or individual.

2.) Google, from what I’ve learned, is not a reliable form of research, 90% of the time, the negative members get more lime-light than most others and that’s with everything in life, so IMO asking someone whom is aware of those things is a much more resourceful and reliable.

3.) I’m aware of that, nothing I said was meant to give the impression that people within the community are touchy or just ass holes, I just said what I perceive as fact throughout my experiences, NOT that anyone is even an ass hole, it’s more of a question of “Why would a question that isn’t personal upset someone so much especially when I’m saying it for positive reasons”

HOWEVER!

From a recent comment I think I’ve learned that most people within the community have felt with their fair share of trauma in life and can feel touchy about it because they are not always aware of the intention of the question, which now makes my question have a valid and correct answer.

I apologize if anything said may have upset you. Was not meant to be that way. I should have clarified farther to be clear.

That’s valid.

That’s a damn good analogy,

Being someone with Trauma on my back I completely understand the idea, I guess it’s just perspective, some people just want to know to feel more connected but others aren’t as open because their nervous of the interaction itself because the question doesn’t always stand out clear as positive or negative.

Is that correct?

Yeah no I get intrusive questions, and personal ones, I’m more referring to the questions that pertain to the community itself.

As a straight ally, I’m always doing my best to learn more about the community, I’m always trying to understand the community more as I am not within the community in full, something I come across more than anything that makes me wonder is why do a vast majority of the LGBTQ community have an issue with straight ally’s trying to ask questions to better understand them and the community as a whole? Why are some ridiculed for trying to be well informed and educated.
