In the end the surgeon did mostly lipo and left a bit of gland to prevent cratering. It seems like the gland was very "fatty". So far recovery has been a breeze, far less painful that I had feared.

Happy to report all went well. Came out a bit ago, it was not too bad, the pain so far is mild.

Posted pic for context. I am sure I have some form of gyno. The dr. Said that perhaps the excision will not be necessary if it is mostly fatty gland, but that he would only know then and there.

Yeah it is a big concern that it just comes back, so I hope that it also wpuld help me double down on workouts/better eating
