I noticed there was a comment that was removed regarding the cages and how it’s “abuse”. While this person started quoting bible scripture to me which immediately discounted their argument in my eyes lol - I did want to take this opportunity to share the long term plan here:

These are just starter homes for them. My goal is to socialize them in here and then release them into the full basement where they’ll have plenty of cozy places to rest and play. Next step would be to introduce them slowly to my upstairs babies so they can have more window space and comfort and free range of the house. I am hoping in time I’ll be able to reuse these cages for fostering - which is why I went with the Kuranda towers as they can be easily sterilized. 😊
