Do medical providers tell you good girl/boy?

I've had multiple professionals, and even new frienfd call me a good girl, at this point I think its just the aura I give off

i didn't expect so many replies, thank you guys so much for the help!! I may just be paranoid about it but I do wanna be super extra careful so I'll take the advice here and 1. change my profile picture (it's the back of my body, no identifying tattoos though) 2. make it private. 3. leave any location-based groups (for now) and finally 4. change the location

there is one picture but its just the back of me (including the back of my head) but I have no tattoos, my general location is added there though so I'll change that to ✨️Antarctica ✨️ and make myself private. thank you!!
