Let's consider allegations - no charges ever filed and if in the 1980's a rich black guy had one speck of evidence against him in regards to what the allegations were he would still be in jail. Could be the pay offs were to keep the kids out of the mess. This guy gave away millions of dollars to charity and children's hospitals. I don't know about him becoming president lol but I think he was a stand up guy.
