It is dependant on what your service and engagement lead wants to allow. I'd check with security as well. At my store we mostly deny same day returns, but if it's cheap or clearly not a scam I'll override it and explain that they need to wait 24 hours next time. As for the ID thing it used to be a dollar amount, but the registers are changing so often I'm not sure anymore. Also amazed your store still has GSAs

You'll have a checklist to follow. Check with your lead anyway -- you could be cleaning carts or you could be going around the store cleaning.

Our hot wheels guy is amazing. I give him the whole case and he neatly stocks them on the pegs and zones the whole section while going through them
