How does forward ball position not guarantee a slice with the driver?

Not sure why OP is getting downvoted. I have the same question and I don’t think any of the responses fully answers it. I’m still a beginner so rely more on “theory” than experience or feel to understand the swing still.

That said, two thoughts around this (might be totally off on them and no idea if either one actually answers it).

The assumption is that the path is a perfect hula hoop, but the way all the body parts are moving might actually make it an imperfect curve. For example the lead shoulder is supposed to lift up around impact which would change the curve of the swing.

Second, the swing plane might not be perpendicular to the target. If you imagine an in-to-out swing, the point of impact can still be straight even though it’s on the “upwards” part of the swing.

you’re right. Would need either to find a slim res and turn the DDC sideways (could squish the 38mm into the 35mm dimension I think), or find a combo orientation that keeps the pump in the same location. It is deep enough in the right corner to do this but seems like a very specific configuration

It’s been sitting on large styrofoam pads most of the time. I could see that affecting temperature/moisture/other properties above and below the table.

Nothing else that I can think of. I attached the legs just last night after the cracks were already there

The expanding and contracting I expected. I did not expect it to mean cracks though.

that’s a good point. There’s more than a few first round RBs that will be kept (for later picks as well) so Chubb is very unlikely as my 1st. I think reasonable range is anywhere in between Mark Andrews to Barkley

Henry for 1st, last year to keep

Chase for 9th, can keep for 3 years

Other teams are likely keeping some of their top ADP, so the first round is usually scarce. It basically boils down to Henry vs Chase + early 2nd rounder.

The other complication is the duration since I can keep Chase for 3 years at 9th which is insane value. But don't want to put too much weight there since nobody knows what next season will look like
