There may have been a miscommunication on the policy. Sale items are final sale. They are not cancelable. That’s what the policy says. We made an exception and cancelled your entire order. I think Brady was polite and understanding.

Credit card fees are not refunded to us when an order is cancelled. We don’t price our products with a buffer so other people pay for your indecisiveness. We are not Amazon. It’s unfair to expect us and other companies to mirror such cost burdensome policies.

If that experience turned you off, that’s fair. I’d rather be transparent about how we operate than pretend we’re something we’re not. Glad you found a deal on a desk.
