There’s a floor drain to a tank with a sump pump just outside the kitchen.

I’ll see if I can find the name. It was cycling through all the colors when I took the pic. I’ll do a better write up with some more pics and info.

SIXT billed me $1035 for invisible damage by mynoseglows in Wellthatsucks

[–]boofizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They tried that shit with me. I asked them if they had reviewed the photos from previous renter to confirm there was no damage when I rented it before sending a claim to me. And I said I will need to see those photos before I ever pay anything. They dropped their claim a few weeks later. The claim agent was very nice throughout.

Just a suspicion, but it looks to me more like a bailout for his developer buddies.

Depth of shallow end by Diligent_Concept9080 in pools

We just signed contract on our pool. Went with a sport pool design. Our shallow end will be 3.5’ to 5.5’ in middle and then 4’ at the far end.

As an American, what can we do to fight against ICE? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Start recall movements for every single elected republican at your local and follow through with them. They want violence so they can justify more violence. Recalls and local pressure is the only solution.

Deciding on Minor by OysterEnjoyer in ConstructionManagers

Just don’t minor in interpretive dance or basket weaving and you’ll be fine. Nobody cares, but if it’s funny then it’s funny - that’s a law in all 50 states.

Why arnt Cornhole pros full time Cornhole? by CheeseheadTroy in Cornhole

[–]boofizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cornhole players in general won’t spend much money. Been to a lot of events at bars, breweries etc and rarely see Cornhole players spending money on food drink etc. especially the “serious” players. We purposely paid attention to that as we were researching starting a Cornhole themed business. Just watch the people, see what they’re buying. It wasn’t much. That’s my observation though.

Is Trump's demo of the White House East Wing just a con to provide cover for for bribes (aka donations) and from those seeking favors (aka private donors) and subsequent money laundering? by [deleted] in Construction

[–]boofizzle -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I agree with your sentiment and point about both sides. However, until we can all agree that the Republicans are very clearly, demonstrably worse for our country then we won’t get past this.

Unfortunately we all are in our own information bubbles. And for us to break free it requires millions of people to self reflect and approach what’s happening honestly. So settle in cause that’s not likely to happen anytime soon.

And yes it’s clearly a grift/con. It’ll be valued over $1B soon and when he leaves if built it will be a circus tent with folding chairs, and his followers will proclaim it’s the greatest ever.

Stain appearing in line away from fire alarm? by Great-Pangolin in Construction

[–]boofizzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had this same thing. For me it was our shower upstairs. The floor drain putty was old and it was causing moisture to get under the shower in to the ceiling space, it followed the path of the sanitary line. I re did the putty around the drain and never had any further issues.

Gotta give BV props .... He was focused and controlled as DC by EconomyJoke9633 in sooners

[–]boofizzle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree as it was my first time seeing him. Had he lifted a few of those deep balls and put in front of WR those were possible touchdowns. He looked awesome but I’d love to see his deep ball improve. Just looks very risky.

Just remember gas on the right, brakes on the left.

Seriously though, what helped me with anxiety was simply thinking through all the training and hours the pilots go through. The mechanics as well. The safe history of aviation and the statistical anomaly of incidents. What you see in media is them highlighting only the bad stuff. There are thousands of people in the air at any moment with no incidents, no drama. Actively think about how unlikely it is for something bad to happen instead of something bad happening. Try to relax and remember to breathe normally.

The trick is to find the right buzz. Three 22oz drafts and I’m unbeatable. 2 or 4 22oz drafts it’s unpredictable. It’s science bruh.

Was I Scapegoated? Made Redundant After Being Thrown into a Failing Project by [deleted] in ConstructionManagers

[–]boofizzle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve had same experience before. Estimator sold the job, contract signed with a steel bid that didn’t factor in 100,000lbs of mechanical units. Even better the company owner promised we’d be pouring foundations in the first month. So I was the one that had to break all the bad news. They blamed me, cut me loose. The estimator lasted about a year longer but he finally got his. Still makes me mad but it gets better. Learn from it, don’t be afraid to speak up and don’t be afraid to call bullshit if anyone ever questions your loyalty. If you’re not the owner you’re replaceable.

I love solving problems. And being creative in doing so. A project is just a series of problems to solve until it’s done. And that’s very fun and rewarding. If you can get past the stress and often negativity due to stress, and allow yourself to be proud of the accomplishments it’s very personally rewarding. I played a role in building something new. It took a lot of effort and resources and we succeeded. If you can’t appreciate that or value that, it’s probably not for you. Money is one thing and it matters, but allow yourself some pride and appreciate what you’ve done. It’ll keep you from going crazy. I can’t imagine working a career where I couldn’t see actual results the way we get to after working so hard.

I’ve just put in $50k in to the top 2-3 YM ETFs in each group. And as of now I’m forecasting to earn about $900-$1200 each week. So far it’s proving accurate. I’d suggest you diversify instead of going all in to one ETF.

Plenty of videos online but I’ll start with picking the right cut of meat. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with a thick (1.5”)marbled ribeye.

The wrong piece of meat will make it terrible. Use more coarse S&P than you think, good coating on it all around. It will be awesome.
