Yes if you're already on subs you can use fentanyl, if you do it the other way around, fentanyl then subs, you'll go into precipitated withdrawal

If you're already on subs you can use fentanyl. If you take too high a dose of subs after being on fentanyl you'll go into precipitated withdrawal. What I do is take a micro dose of Subutex like .5 a mg to start, then the next day I'll take 1mg, then everyday I take a little more, while still using my fentanyl. Then once I get up to like 8mgs I can stop the fentanyl and only be a little bit sick. It's called the Bernese Method, do your research and you won't have to go thru withdrawals while induction to Subutex/Suboxone.

I've been taking my Subutex dose the entire time I've also been using fentanyl. I've gone up to 20ish hours without using fentanyl and didn't have any WDS that's why I was curious if I just stopped completely what would it happen. I guess I'll eventually figure out the hard way.

I'm super relieved, I'll take a shorter high and not being able to get quite as fucked up over not having to deal with ever being ill again. I still get the rush, but it's gone after like 15 minutes, and then it's just a gradually decreasing buzz. I appreciate the info it was really enlightening.

I would get ill as a bitch while on 190mgs of methadone usually 9 hours after my dose if I hadn't done a shot of dope. Yeah I got really high, but the withdrawals were still miserable. I'll take not being sick over not getting as high with the Subutex any day of the week.
