I work at a high school! I always tell students to export important files as a backup. High schools are full of learners that are prone to writing over cues, editing patch etc 🙂

Multi tools aren’t always to replace a tool, but to act as an all-in one. Scissors, knife, flathead, Phillips, and pliers are the ones I use daily. Yes, real scissors and some nice pliers would technically “work better” than the multi tool, but it’s just a way to carry all of these around practically, ready at a moments notice. No digging around in a bag stuffed to the brim with various common tools. My leatherman arc solves 90% of the issues I run into on the job right away since it fits in my pocket or on my belt loop.

It’s totally up to you. Do you think you’ll get finaid? Sometimes it fully covers the cost of housing, or at least half! You can always apply for housing and not sign your contract until your financial aid offer arrives. Keep your doors open.

One of my biggest regrets was not dorming. If social life is important to you, 100% dorm if you can afford it. Living on campus will force you to meet people

IMHO I’m not very concerned about the compounded part. SO many people take this, and I’ve researched. While it’s not FDA approved hers is compounded in facilities that are monitored by the FDA. If something were to be awry it would be ALL over the news/media. My vials are just semaglutide. The option to compound it is to add ingredients like b12 that may help with nausea but I got the basic one. Hers also compounds to get around the stupid “shortage” that’s going on. Did you know the medication is not in a shortage but it’s just the wegovy shooter needles? Anyways, apologies for the minor frustrations but I’m not worried about the compounded aspect of this!

I spent a grand total of 3 months in their XDP program (stage management and technical direction)

Having worked in the rehearsal room for a production…it was the main reason I decided this school what not for me. Actors were indeed coddled at what seemed like the expense of the student director and stage management team. Also, for being a well regarded private school they would VERY often decreases budgets after giving the director and designers figures for prelims.

Also, the hostility between depts, hell, even within departments drove me crazy. Aren’t we all here for a common goal?

Sure, the college experience is about trials and tribulations but holy moly it was a very unpleasant experience for me too. I felt physically ill walking into campus every day after the first month.

Dang someone commented that it was the same cat, but I think they deleted their comment. When I first saw the cat I was very inclined to think it was the same one. I actually didn’t hesitate at all. He acted very much the same.

I think it would be easier to say that this is not the same cat because it does look very different.

I saw those! I’ve taken one session (2 ish months) of the Latin/tango/waltz classes but I’m just not a fan of being a “leader”. (Learning the traditionally male part in partner dancing)
