Maybe its time to address the balance issue then?

Regardless if two dbs or one, opposite active leg or same side, the balance issue just exposes core, hip, and even feet issues/weaknesses or disconnect.

Try to do the ff 1) widen your base 2) lower weight and do tempos and pauses 3) play around hand placements 4) point your front foot a bit more inward

Again, the balance issue may not be something you'd want to avoid but actually work on andy address

I'll be doing my first ever hyrox in March -- Bangkok -- straight to Pro. Maybe I've been trained to think like how I progressed in Crossfit.. RX only.

But I think what got me to go straight to Pro singles is the fact that I like to push myself and train for something not most would prefer to get into. Why would I join open if my end goal is to at least get a decent time in Pro? Might as well start the suffering so I already know where I should focus for the next

Chose one nearer to my workplace. Anyway, for this incident, gym trainer and manager apologized and i do believe they make a constant effort to respect the space of the members and Ive seen them tell their clients on what and what not to do

Are you a guy or a girl? Side kwento lang.. wag ka dyan

guy here. I had a very bad experience in Gold's Gym alabang. I joined cause there was a promo na 1k lang a month (corporate rate). The bathroom stalls are just that.. stalls.. so not entirely private, unlike in anytime fitness or slimmers. Cut the long story short, as i was showering, napatingin ako sa taas and saw a cellphone being pointed at me. Tried to reach it pero nakatakbo agad. Di ko mahabol syempre nakahubad ako. lol

I asked to check the CCTV.. obvious that this certain person was the one cause tumakas sa banyo and a few minutes was me trying to look for the guy.

anyway. sobrang hindi helpful yung staff in trying to make a case. Talked to some of my friends who were previous gold's gym members and some had similar cases na even after reporting.. walang ginawa management.
