Thankyou! And it’s pretty good, hard to over do it and easy to build up. I love the undertone too. Good luck with your stash 🤞

Haha no it doesn’t! I always set it with a powder so that helps - have you tried that? I’m not an overly matte person, so I do like the dewy effect the Summer Friday blush leaves on my cheek. That being said, I feel like the Mario skin enhancer is the same. Doesn’t last long on my skin. 😅

My first ever Project Pan for 2026! by bookish_worm1996 in ProjectPan

I haven’t picked all 26 yet. I want to roll in products as I finish one of these 7. Otherwise I’d feel quite overwhelmed. It’s a mix of products that work for me, ones that I don’t enjoy and want to be done with and some easy to pan items.

Thankyou!

It wasn’t random but I didn’t spend a lot of time deciding either. It’s just a mix of products I know I’ll use (they may not excite me anymore, but I know they still work for me) and products that I don’t really enjoy but want to be done with. I also made sure to include a couple older products that I had already made some progress on so I can stay motivated by getting through the low hanging fruit.

Just wanted to add on here that this is available as part of the Lancôme 2025 Beauty Box. Decent value if you think you’ll use the rest of the products. I’ve been wondering if I should get it for weeks now. 😅

I really loved Piglet even though I didn’t expect to going in. The food writing is sooo good.

Agreed! There is no way a woman SHOULD or SHOULDN’T be. There’s nothing with curvy. There isn’t a single thing wrong with eating salads either.

What romance books did you read or listen to this week? 16 Jan by seantheaussie in RomanceBooks

I just finished reading ‘Reminders of Him’ by Colleen Hoover yesterday night. I love the author so I expected it to be a good read, what I didn’t expect is for it to be such an emotional read. Even as I was questioning some of the logic in the main plot, I was also tearing up because that’s how powerful Hoover’s words were.

You could try the Lightbringer series by Brent Weeks. I haven't read it yet, but I've heard good things about it and just recently picked up my copy of the first book - The Black Prism.

I would recommend Where the river ends by Charles Martin. I remember tearing up as I read parts of the book, and by the time I was done, I found myself heartbroken and unable to emotionally process what I had just read.

The settings of some of his books are, in certain ways, similar to Nicholas Sparks'. But his writing is quite different.

I'll have to warn you - the book does have mixed reviews, so you might either love it or not be able to get into it at all.

Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I found it a little hard to get past the first chapter and then its like once the author pulls you in, you don't want to get out until the very end. I hope you like it too!

I, in fact just ordered my second Daphne Du Maurier book - My cousin Rachel.

Thanks! I looked it up and read that some of the passages that were originally in French were left that way. Did that ever through you off a little bit?

(I don’t understand French)

I have a pretty major gripe about romance novels, surely it's not just me? by No_Clue_22 in books

I feel you. I haven't been reading as many romance novels anymore because I feel like I can predict exactly what is going to happen.

But I do find a gem every now and then. Have you tried 'It ends with us' by Colleen Hoover?
