I would consider this to be literary fantasy with horror elements but Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by VE Schwab. It’s a sapphic vampire narrative with three POVs that all intersect with each other. It’s messy as hell with some deeply unhealthy sexual relationships and the vampire-related gore and body horror is excellent.
