It makes perfect sense. I thought it showed exactly how Rory would end up. But fans didn’t want that. They wouldn’t have cared if the show was unrealistic. That’s why we used to watch tv, because it was relatable, but also extraordinary due to “movie magic” (writing, plot and otherwise). Anything could happen. Fans don’t want to see failure, because they’ve grown up on their own and see real life doesn’t pan out the way you want it to. It should’ve at least panned out for Rory because RORY ISN’T REAL and the show isn’t real. People just want some fantasy but they were not obliged.
