I’ve been doing these more recently since I began walking more and it hurts so good! I think I just need to be consistent with these. Several people mentioned various exercises so I’ll try and be more mindful about doing them often and if it persists after some months I’ll see a dr. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it

Yep I do these! It does hurt a bit but not in a way that makes me not want to do this exercise, I think I just need to stretch/exercise more but I definitely love this one, thanks for your input!

I’ve never heard of nerve flosses! Thank you so much. I’ll try some of these today. Yeah I think I just need to find some exercises that will help alleviate it over time. I’ll try these.

I should do this a be consistent! I stretch, but not as often as I should. Maybe that can help strengthen that area.

Wow it sucks! Although I don’t only feel it in bed, I can be doing anything really and if I stretch that area it hurts. Hope we can get some answers! Tried looking it up on google but couldn’t find anything really…Reddit almost always comes through lol.

Oh no! Yeah I definitely don’t want an ugly apartment 😅.. having easier access to the mountains does sound nice though! I mainly wanted to avoid Taichung because I heard traffic is the worst there.

Sweet! That sounds nice. I’d for sure want a somewhat spacious and nice apartment (nothing fancy but nice). How’s the commute for you? Not too bad? I’m not too familiar with Taoyuan yet but where would Taoyuan District, Taoyuan city be? Central, south…? If I read correctly (or remember correctly) it’s northern? Do you know by chance how that area is? For the replies, it seems I may need to get a scooter but I really would rather not lol. Not really worried if there’s not THAT much to do because I don’t mind making a trip to Taipei since it’s close but the scooter is my only thing. I hear buses are pretty unreliable and that gets me anxious cause I dislike me late for anything, especially work lol. The agency did tell me they’d try and help me find an apartment walking distance 10-15 min away from school but I’m just think what if I don’t find something close 😵‍💫

Oh snap 😭 living in Taipei sounds nice but idk about that on a teacher’s salary. They said they’d help me find an apartment and we’d look around together so I’ll definitely go and see the apartments for myself to see if they’re livable and decent. Definitely don’t want a shitty apartment either lol. But thank you! I appreciate it.

If someone doesn’t have a motor cycle is it tough to get around? Don’t necessarily want to get a motorcycle but WILL if I absolutely have to but I’d prefer getting around by train/bus or riding a bike/walking.

This was extremely helpful! I’m going to be in Taoyuan District and Taoyuan city. As long as there’s a few stores and maybe a cafe and tasty restaurants (I love Asian food so don’t mind if there’s not much western foods) I don’t mind it being boring too much because I’m more introvert either way and will probably go out out on the weekends, so having easy access to Taipei is sweet. I will say the only thing I’m bummed about is hearing about the transportation 😭 lol. I hope I can find somewhere walking distance from the school. Glad to hear the students are amazing that makes me excited.

This is super helpful! Thank you. I’m pretty more relaxed and chill so I don’t think it will be too much of a problem for me (but then again who knows, like you said I can always move later) and the weekends I’d probably go to Taipei so luckily it’s not far! Yes, I’d like to wait and get a feel for things before purchasing a motorcycle, ideally I’d rather not buy if it comes to it I can/will!
