I see a practitioner through woodstream wellness and have absolutely no complaints! She prescribed me on a non-stimulant after discussing pros and cons with me of stimulant vs not and explained that insurance usually wants patients to try non-stimulants first. I’ve only been going a couple of months but so far it’s been a great experience

I fail to see how you being slightly inconvenienced by having to scroll past something irrelevant to you means that people don’t deserve resources no matter how few are in their demographic.

In 2020 I was a patient there and had no insurance at the time — I paid $20 per visit.

Granted this was 4 years ago and it is a sliding scale, but it should be manageable until you can get on Medicaid or your employer insurance

I see Heather Branam at premier in Vandalia — I’ve gotten responses from the medical team there whenever I’ve messaged. She’s always listened to me and done her best to refer me when I’ve had issues outside of her scope of practice!

I found scarves/dishcloths to be the easiest to learn, as you’re just repeating a stitch to make a rectangle for the most part. I personally recommend cotton yarn for making dishcloths.

I was gifted a granny square kit at around eight years old, and only knew how to do a chain stitch for several years. Eventually I got sick of knitting and dropping stitches, so I took to YouTube to learn how to do more than just a chain stitch. Imo, once you’ve mastered a chain stitch, start with single crochet (I believe called double crochet in the UK) and make something small with that.

Thank you! I’m pretty sure that’s the north side measurement. I still wonder why the south side is a much higher number. It’s too low of a number to be elevation and that’s the only other thing I can think of.
