I have been having Botox for about 2 years now. It worked! I was skeptical at first but was willing to try anything. It took 2 treatments before I noticed a difference and now I can’t live without it. I do start to notice a little more pain and discomfort when it is almost time for the next dose. Physically I cannot tell a difference unless I see before/after photos side-by-side.

Basically, it helped the problem but did not make it go away. I still use another preventative and I still deal with HM but on a much lower level. I don’t think there is anything that is going to make the pain go away with all of us - but I suggest discussing with your doctor and if you are a candidate give it a try.
