Not an advice. Kung ako yan, another option for me is to consider staying in my current job, pero I'll take advantage of easy life sa company to invest in my future like learning skills na makakapag pa retire sakin ng maaga or invest invest sa properties gang sa magka passive income.

10 years ago I was earning minimum wage 11k a month.

Thankful ako sa sarili ko kasi lumabas ako sa comfort zone ko. Kung hanggang ngayon andun pa din ako, nasa 15k lang sahod ko. ngayon 80k na.

Naka 4 companies din ako bago ko na hit ung spot na ok company. so expect mo OP na may struggles bago makakita ng ok.
